Directions
A wholesome, nutty loaf loaded with mixed seeds—perfect for slicing, toasting, or sandwiches. Made easily using the bread maker’s hands-off kneading and baking cycle.

Steps

Lightly toast the seeds in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes until aromatic. Let cool. |

Insert the kneading blade into the breadpan. |

Add olive oil and water. Reserve the seeds for the “add-in” stage. |

Insert the pan, close the lid, and select Menu 4 – Whole Wheat. Choose medium crust. |
