Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 beef steaks T-bone, rump, or sirloin
4 lamb chops
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil for brushing
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 garlic clove lightly crushed
1 lemon cut into wedges

Steps

1

Bring the steaks and lamb chops to room temperature. Pat dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Lightly brush with olive oil.

2

Place the grill plate on the Panasonic Multi-Cooker, click the Barbecue icon, and press Start to preheat.

3

Once hot, add the steaks to the grill. Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and preferred doneness. In the final minute of cooking, add the butter and garlic to the grill plate and spoon the melted butter over the steaks. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.

4

Add the lamb chops to the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp on the edges. In the last minute, baste with the remaining garlic butter.

5

Serve the steaks as they are. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lamb chops and serve immediately.

Enjoy
