NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Start with adding water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar/honey into the bread pan. Only then, add the flour and yeast as well. |

Select the gluten-free bread programme with the dark crust and press start. |

Once the bread is done, take it out of the bread pan and place it on a board. |

Let the bread cool down completely before cutting. |
