Steps

Blend the soaked dates using an immersion blender such as the Panasonic MX-S401 hand blender. |

After breaking the dark chocolate into small flakes, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make the mixture homogeneous. |

Cover the pan with baking paper and roll the dough to form a rectangle with a uniform thickness throughout. Use a spatula to define the sides and form the bars. |
