4 ciabatta rollshalved and lightly toasted

Steps

Place all the burger ingredients in to a food processor and blend until combined. Once blended shape in to 4 burgers or 8 smaller burgers. |

Place on a lined metal tray and cook on CONVECTION 200C + GRILL 1 for 10-15 minutes turning halfway through cooking. |

Spread one half of the toasted roll with sweet chilli sauce, salad leaves and the burger, top with the remaining roll and serve. |
