150g flourtipo 2, type 1050 or T80

150g wholegrain flour

3/4 tsp salt

300ml water

100g seed mixblack and white sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, flax and cumin seeds

a generous dose of ground red pepper
Directions
The wholegrain bread with seeds and red pepper is simple to prepare, light and crunchy in texture and will delight the whole family!

NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Take the bread pan out of the breadmaker and add in all of the ingredients except for the seeds and the red pepper. (top-to-bottom order) |

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker and select program 7 (breadmaker Croustina) and press start. |

When the machine beeps, add the seeds and the red pepper into the bread pan. |
