250g prepared pizza dough
12 baby tomatoes halved (or sun-dried tomatoes)
80g mozzarella grated
50g basil pesto
olive oil for greasing

Steps

1

Divide the pizza dough into 24 equal pieces and roll them into flat, round pieces. Top each piece with ½ teaspoon of pesto, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and half a baby tomato. Fold the dough over the tomato and pinch closed well.

2

Place the party snack plate on the Panasonic Multi-Cooker, adjust the dial so that the party snack icon flashes, and press Start. Wait for the party snack plate to preheat.

3

Brush the party snack platter with olive oil and place the pizza bites in the cavities. Fry until golden brown, rotating continuously for even cooking.

4

Serve warm as a delicious snack or appetiser.
