Add a little twist to your chocolate by adding fresh pomegranate seeds and candied ginger. You can make this chocolatey treat 100% vegan or non-vegan by choosing the chocolate of your choice.

Adjust Servings:
275g vegan chocolate/dark chocolate
seeds from 1 pomegranate
1 ½ tbsp candied ginger
¼ tsp sea salt

Steps

Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Break the chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl and heat on low until melted. (stir sometimes in between)

Stir half of the pomegranate seeds and the salt and ginger into the melted chocolate, pour the mixture onto the lined baking tray. Spread evenly to make a rectangle.

Sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds over the top and put in the fridge for about 30 mins to fully set.

Break the bark into chunks and enjoy.
