275g vegan chocolate/dark chocolate

seeds from 1 pomegranate

1 ½ tbsp candied ginger

¼ tsp sea salt
Directions
Add a little twist to your chocolate by adding fresh pomegranate seeds and candied ginger. You can make this chocolatey treat 100% vegan or non-vegan by choosing the chocolate of your choice.

Steps

Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. |

Break the chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl and heat on low until melted. (stir sometimes in between) |

Stir half of the pomegranate seeds and the salt and ginger into the melted chocolate, pour the mixture onto the lined baking tray. Spread evenly to make a rectangle. |

Sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds over the top and put in the fridge for about 30 mins to fully set. |

Break the bark into chunks and enjoy. |
