The sweet and spicy flavour of mango salsa meets up with healthy steamed salmon to give you a new favourite recipe.

Mix the marinade ingredients together. Place salmon fillets into a pyrex dish and pour marinade over the salmon fillets. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge. |

Mix all the salsa ingredients together and chill in fridge. |

Place the salmon in the Pyrex® dish directly on base of oven. Cook salmon on Steam 1 for 35-40 minutes. Refill the water tank after 30 minutes of cooking time. Serve salmon with the salsa. |
