Adjust Servings:
200ml fresh cream
3 eggs
1 chocolate cake mix
For decoration:
2 tbsp of currants and raspberries
2 tbsp of hazelnut cream
5-6 mint leaves
1 tbsp chocolate flakes
1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Steps

Pour chocolate cake mix, eggs and cream into a bowl and mix until all the ingredients are well blended.

Pour the cake batter into a silicon mold.

Select programme 24 (Microwave + Convection) of your Panasonic Combi Microwave Oven and set the weight (600g).

Take the baked cake out of the microwave oven and let it cool down.

Decorate it with hazelnut cream, red berries, mint leaves, chocolate flakes and chopped pistachios. Cut your cake into slices and serve!
