10g radish
50g red cabbage
5 scallop
5 shrimp Boiled
2 leaves green-leaf lettuce
Ingredients for dressing
15g white wine vinegar
25g whole grain mustard
35g honey
80g olive oil
3g salt

Steps

Insert the cauliflower into the food processor (Thick-Slicing Blade), and start.

Add the radish and red cabagge and start again.

Arrange bite-sized pieces of lettuce, the ingredients from steps (1) and (2), the scallops, and boiled shrimp into a bowl.

Top with dressing made by combining all of the ingredients for the dressing.
