Adjust Servings:
2 salmon fillets at 120g
1/4 fennel
1/4 courgette
1/4 pepper
50ml olive oil
5g thyme
salt
pepper

Steps

Cut the vegetables into pieces of equal size and put them in a fresh pouch.

Place the salmon fillets on top and season with olive oil, salt and thyme. Close the fresh pouch.

Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes at 600 watt.

Tip: Also a delight with fresh onions, leeks and a little olive oil.
