Steps

The night before: Place the almonds in water and leave them to soak overnight. |

Add the soaked almonds and the water into the Slow Juicer, blend it, and extract the self-made almond milk. |

To prepare the sorbet mixture, cut the fruits into pieces and use a blender to blend them with maple syrup and 100ml of the almond milk. Keep the rest of your self-made almond milk in the fridge and enjoy it for your next breakfast. |

Place the sorbet filter in the Slow Juicer, add the frozen mix cubes and process them. |

Put the sorbet in a bowl and press it lightly to compact it. |
