Adjust Servings:
275g figs
75g goats cheese
80g parma ham
1 sprig rosemary leaves removed and chopped
the zest from half an orange
1 tbs olive oil
125ml honey
3 tsp chili flakes

Steps

1

Rinse figs thoroughly and slice them lengthwise.

2

Cut the Parma Ham into long strips.

3

Cut the goats cheese log into thin rounds and then slice each round in half.

4

Top the figs with a piece of goats cheese and wrap with a strip of parma ham, making sure to end the wrap on the back of the fig.

5

Sprinkle over the rosemary, orange zest and lightly spray with oil.

6

Add to the air fryer basket and select the “Veggie” programme and cook for 7 minutes at 190°C.

7

Meanwhile in a small sauce pan, warm the honey on medium to high heat until it begins to bubble, stir in the chilli flakes and reduce the heat. Simmer for one minute and then set aside to cool.

8

When the figs have finished cooking, plate and top with the spicy honey.

Enjoy
