Steps

Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots and use the peeler to cut them into thin strips. Cut the half peppers into strips. Half the broccoli and cut into smaller pieces. Finally, cut the leek in half lengthwise and then cut into strips. Place all the vegetables on the oven tray and season with salt and pepper. |

Fill the oven water tank then cook on STEAM 1 for 16 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the prawns and set them aside. If you prefer, you can also steam the prawns with the vegetables. Depending on their size, this should take between 15 and 20 minutes. Make sure they're opaque before taking them out of the oven. |
