Kassler Roll Roast with Carrots and Potatoes Recipe

500g kassler roll roast
3 carrots
2 large potatoes
butter
salt
pepper
100g creme fraiche

Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes and place them in a baking dish.

Place the Kassler roll roast on the vegetables. Put some butter in the dish.

Cook with the combination grill level 1/10 minutes and microwave 600 watt/25 minutes.

Let the roast rest for a few minutes.

Add the creme fraiche to the vegetables, season and gently crush with a fork.

Tip: Also tastes great with sweet potatoes.
