8 apples
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 cloves
1/2 vanilla pod
2 tbsp honey
50g cream 30 % fat

Steps

Wash the apples in hot water and juice them with the Panasonic Slow Juicer.

Heat the apple juice in a pot with cinnamon, star anise, cloves, vanilla pod and honey. Do not boil. Let the hot apple steep for approx. 10 minutes while covered.

In the meantime, whip cream in a bowl with a whisk. Fill the hot apple into 2 glasses (400 ml) and serve with cream.

Tip: For a vegan recipe, simply replace the whipped cream made with cow’s milk with a vegetable coconut cream.
