Steps

Soak shredded coconut in enough warm water for 15 minutes. |

Drain and rinse coconut, then add it to a bowl with 800ml water and a pinch of salt. |

Pour into a glass bottle and store in the fridge for 3 - 4 days. Shake well before serving. |
