Fennel, celery and ginger juice



New year always calls for diet resolutions and detoxes after all the holiday feasts. We honestly strongly believe that when you have a healthy diet overall you don’t have to diet, but a cleansing period after all the treats is a good idea. That’s how we came out this juice recipe: we wanted something really cleansing and completely sugar free, but not terrible to drink. With fennel, celery, ginger and a touch of lemon, this is going to be your n°1 aid against toxins. Try drinking it before anything in the morning: your skin will look clearer and your digestion is going to thank you!




Peel the lemon so you’ll only get the pulp.


Place, right in this order, fennel, celery, ginger and lemon pulpin the slow juicer and juice them.


Serve immediately or store it in the fridge for a maximum of 12 hours.

Adjust Servings:
1 medium fennel bulb
8 stalks celery
2cm piece of ginger
1 organic lemon
