Directions
Breadcrumb chicken in the air fryer are so fun to make with their easy three step coating and are a great low calorie alternative to standard fried chicken. The Panasonic air fryer’s unique “Chicken” setting cooks the chicken so that it stays juicy and this bread crumb coat-ing recipe gives them a delicious crispy crunch.

Steps

Place the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in separate medium bowls. |

Mix the salt into the flour. |

Individually coat each strip of chicken tossing it into the flour, then dipping it in egg, and rolling them in the breadcrumbs. |

Spray the coated chicken strips lightly with oil and add to the air fryer without over crowding. You may need to work in batches. |

Select the “Chicken” programme and cook for 7 minutes at 200°C. |
