Corn Chicken with Carrots and Cauliflower

2 corn chicken breast fillets
2 dried tomatoes
2 slices bacon
2 carrots
1 cauliflower
100g creme fraiche
salt
pepper
thyme
rosemary

Steps

Cut a pocket into the fillets and add a dried tomato and a slice of bacon in each. Season the fillets well.

Divide the cauliflower into florets. Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.

Mix cauliflower, carrots, some thyme, rosemary and creme fraiche.

Place in a baking dish, season and place the corn chicken fillets on top.

Prepare in the microwave with the combination grill level 2/15 minutes and microwave 600 watt/6 minutes. Season to taste as you like.

Tip: A delicious potato gratin goes well with this.
