Steps

Cut a pocket into the fillets and add a dried tomato and a slice of bacon in each. Season the fillets well. |

Divide the cauliflower into florets. Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces. |

Mix cauliflower, carrots, some thyme, rosemary and creme fraiche. |

Place in a baking dish, season and place the corn chicken fillets on top. |

Prepare in the microwave with the combination grill level 2/15 minutes and microwave 600 watt/6 minutes. Season to taste as you like. Tip: A delicious potato gratin goes well with this. |
