A rich and velvety chocolate fondue perfect for sharing. This family-style dessert is made with a blend of dark and milk chocolate, gently melted with milk for a silky finish. Serve it warm with various sweet and salty dippers for a fun and interactive treat.

400g milk chocolate chopped
400ml milk

Place the deep pot on the Panasonic Multi-Cooker. Adjust the dial so that the Manual icon flashes. Press the Time button, then turn the dial to set the time to 10 minutes (00:10). Press the Temperature button and adjust to 120°C, then press Start. Wait for the deep pot to preheat.

Add the milk to the deep pot and heat until it begins to steam, without boiling.

Add the chopped dark and milk chocolate to the warm milk. Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Once the fondue is ready, press Cancel to stop the cooking process. Transfer the chocolate fondue to a serving bowl or keep it warm in the deep pot on the Keep Warm setting.

Arrange the marshmallows, mini donuts, salted pretzels, fresh berries, sliced stone fruit, and assorted nuts on a platter around the fondue.

Serve immediately, allowing guests to dip their chosen treats into the warm chocolate.
