Adjust Servings:
3 egg whites
150g cottage cheese
1 ripe banana
80g rolled oats
80g pitted dates
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
60g peanut butter
pinch of salt
100g chocolate
40g roasted peanuts chopped

Steps

1

Blend the egg whites, cottage cheese, banana, oats, and pitted dates until smooth.

2

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flaxseed, peanut butter, and salt until well combined.

3

Pour the mixture into a lined square or rectangular tray that fits inside the Panasonic Flex Air Fryer basket and spread evenly. We have used a 15cm x 25cm tray.

4

Insert the tray and select Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes until just set.

5

Let cool in the tray for 10 minutes.

6

Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the surface of the baked bars.

7

Sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts over the melted chocolate.

8

Chill the tray for 15 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.

9

Lift out and slice into 12 bars.

Enjoy
