Directions
A soft-baked, high-protein snack made from a blended base of egg whites, cottage cheese, banana, oats, and dates. Baked gently using the Bake setting, then coated with melted chocolate and roasted peanuts before slicing into bars.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flaxseed, peanut butter, and salt until well combined. |

Insert the tray and select Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes until just set. |

Let cool in the tray for 10 minutes. |

Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the surface of the baked bars. |

Sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts over the melted chocolate. |

Chill the tray for 15 minutes until the chocolate is fully set. |
