Chicken on green Asparagus with Sauce Hollandaise

Adjust Servings:
2 chicken breast fillets
1 bunch of asparagus
1 packet of sauce hollandaise Knorr
20g butter
50g feta
2 slices of bacon
10ml water

Steps

Cut the green asparagus at the bottom, peel about 2 cm and place in a baking dish.

Cut a pocket into the chicken breast fillets and insert some diced feta and bacon.

Place the chicken on the asparagus and add the butter in flakes and 10 ml water.

Set your Compact Combination Oven to grill level 1 and cook for 8 minutes, followed by 600 watt for 5 minutes.

Pour the hollandaise sauce over the chicken and cook in the microwave at 600 watt for another 9 minutes.

Tip: White asparagus is also ideal.
