Wash spring onion, dry and cut into fine rings. Add the baked beans and spring onion to a baking dish and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Then cook for 4 ½ minutes in your Combi Microwave Oven at 800 watts. |

Remove baked beans from the microwave, beat eggs and add to the dish. Put it back in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 800 watts. |

Wash radishes, shake dry, gently separate the green parts and cut the rest into thin slices. Wash parsley, shake dry and peel off tips. |

Remove baked beans from the microwave. Garnish with radish slices and parsley and serve with bread. Tip: Instead of the chili flakes, you can also use curry powder and give the dish an oriental flavour. |
