A simple, reliable method for cooking white fish directly from frozen in the Panasonic Air Fry Combination Microwave Oven. Lightly dusted with a seasoned coating and finished with lemon and olive oil, the fish cooks evenly and stays tender every time.

4 frozen white fish fillets
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
1 lemon sliced
blistered tomatoes or fresh greens to serve
olive oil, salt and pepper

Steps

Remove the frozen fish from the freezer and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before seasoning.

In a bowl, combine the cornflour, plain flour, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper.

Dust the fish fillets evenly in the flour mixture.

Arrange the fish on the enamel tray on top of the lemon slices. Drizzle or spray lightly with olive oil.

Place the enamel tray onto the glass turntable.

Select Combination 5 and cook at Grill 2 + MW 440 W, for 10–15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.

Serve immediately with lightly blistered tomatoes or fresh greens.
