NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Add flour, water, salt and yeast to the baking tin, avoid contact between the yeast and salt. |

Select Menu 3 on the breadmaker. Select size L, medium crust. Start the programme and wait for 4 hours. |

Check the dough when the machine beeps for the first time and add more water or flour if needed. |

Once finished, allow the bread to cool down in the machine, then take out of the tin. |

Cut into slices using a bread knife and add almond or peanut butter, fruit and more. |
