Cut the vegetables into pieces of equal size and put them in a fresh pouch. |

Place the salmon fillets on top and season with olive oil, salt and thyme. Close the fresh pouch. |

Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes at 600 watt. Tip: Also a delight with fresh onions, leeks and a little olive oil. |
