Quinoa with Vegetables sous-vide Recipe

140g quinoa
140ml water
1 zucchini
1 carrot
2 peppers (1 yellow, 1 red)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
chopped herbs (marjoram, thyme) to taste

Steps

Throughly wash the quinoa and all the vegetables, and then cut the vegetables into small cubes.

Divide the quinoa and the prepared vegetables into two 500 ml sous-vide jars, add a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and the herbs.

Pour 70 ml of water in each jar, mix everything and close them tightly with their hooks.

Insert the jars one at a time in the microwave, set the power to 600 W for 12 minutes.

When cooked, remove the jar and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Once cooled down, you can ether enjoy the Quinoa ride away, or place it in a vacuum in the fridge and consume it in the next few days. To remove the vacuum, simply place the jar in the microwave without hooks at 600 W for 3 minutes.
