Directions
If you eat little or no meat, put our quick chickpea dish on the menu more often. Because chickpeas provide more protein than some types of meat. With around 6 mg of iron per 100 g, they also contain a large portion of the important mineral.

Steps

Drain the chickpeas in a colander. |

Chop the mushrooms, spring onions and the pepper. |

Put the vegetables in a bowl with the chickpeas. Press in the garlic. |

Mix everything with cream and creme fraiche. Season well with salt and pepper. |

Place the vegetables in a baking dish (Ø 24 cm). Then sprinkle the cheese over it and prepare in the combination microwave 300 watt/3 minutes and grill level 1/7 minutes. Tip: A fresh salad with raspberry dressing tastes really delicious along with this. |
