1 frozen banana frozen and chopped
¼ cup par-cooked frozen and chopped cauliflower low sugar banana alternative
⅓ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
2 tbsp thick greek yoghurt
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 date pitted or 1 tsp honey optional

Steps

Add all ingredients to the jug of the Panasonic Blender & Soup Maker.

Turn the knob to the Smoothie setting and press Start.
