Salmon can be surprisingly hard to cook, often drying out, becoming tough or falling apart. With steam cooking you can get moist and tender salmon that looks and tastes great! Salmon’s high protein content and the vitamin C from the lemon help with collagen production.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillet
4 bell pepper
spinkle of salt & pepper
4 sliced lemon
4 tsp extra virgin olive oli

Steps

Season each salmon fillet and place on Grill Tray.

Arrange bell peppers around the fillets and lemon on the fillets.

Fill water tank. Insert the tray in upper shelf position of the oven and cook on Steam 1 for 15 minutes.

Serve and add a little more pepper and olive oil to taste.
