Poussin with Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts Recipe

1 poussin 500g
400g brussels sprouts
2 large potatoes
10g parsley
thyme
salt
pepper
paprika
10ml oil
125g creme fraiche

Steps

Clean the Brussels sprouts, wash, peel and chop the potatoes. Place in a baking dish with the Brussels sprouts.

Mix the oil, salt, pepper and paprika and rub into the poussin. Place the poussin in the casserole dish.

Grill the poussin on the belly side for 14 minutes at grill setting 1, then turn.

Continue cooking with the combination grill setting 1/14 minutes and microwave 600 watt/20 minutes.

Fold the creme fraiche under the potato and Brussels sprouts vegetables.

Tip: Fill the poussin with fresh herbs of your choice.
