Steps

Clean the Brussels sprouts, wash, peel and chop the potatoes. Place in a baking dish with the Brussels sprouts. |

Mix the oil, salt, pepper and paprika and rub into the poussin. Place the poussin in the casserole dish. |

Grill the poussin on the belly side for 14 minutes at grill setting 1, then turn. |

Continue cooking with the combination grill setting 1/14 minutes and microwave 600 watt/20 minutes. |

Fold the creme fraiche under the potato and Brussels sprouts vegetables. Tip: Fill the poussin with fresh herbs of your choice. |
