Pork Stripes with Roesti

Adjust Servings:
1 pork fillet approx. 800g
2 mushrooms
1 carrot
1/2 courgette
5g thyme & rosemary
salt
pepper
120g creme fraiche
4 tbsp mustard
200ml cream
2 potatoes
oil

Steps

Cut the vegetables into equal pieces (1-2 cm) and place them in a bowl.

Cut the pork fillet into thin slices and place on top of the vegetables.

Prepare covered in the microwave with the combination microwave 600 watt/4 minutes and microwave 300 watt/5 minutes.

Mix the salt, pepper, creme fraiche, mustard and cream in a bowl.

Pour the sauce over the meat and cook in the microwave at 600 watt for 4 minutes.

Leave the bowl in the microwave after the 4 minutes.

Wash and peel the potatoes, grate them with a coarse grater and season well.

Put some oil on the microwave tray.

Place the grated potatoes on the baking tray as round, flat roesti and grill with grill setting 1 for 6 minutes.

Then turn and grill for another 5 minutes.

Tip: Also tastes great with rice.
