Ingredients
- 
                                          1 pork filletapprox. 800g
- 
                                          2 mushrooms
- 
                                          1 carrot
- 
                                          1/2 courgette
- 
                                          5g thyme & rosemary
- 
                                          salt
- 
                                          pepper
- 
                                          120g creme fraiche
- 
                                          4 tbsp mustard
- 
                                          200ml cream
- 
                                          2 potatoes
- 
                                          oil
Steps
| 1 | Cut the vegetables into equal pieces (1-2 cm) and place them in a bowl. | 
| 2 | Cut the pork fillet into thin slices and place on top of the vegetables. | 
| 3 | Prepare covered in the microwave with the combination microwave 600 watt/4 minutes and microwave 300 watt/5 minutes. | 
| 4 | Mix the salt, pepper, creme fraiche, mustard and cream in a bowl. | 
| 5 | Pour the sauce over the meat and cook in the microwave at 600 watt for 4 minutes. | 
| 6 | Leave the bowl in the microwave after the 4 minutes. | 
| 7 | Wash and peel the potatoes, grate them with a coarse grater and season well. | 
| 8 | Put some oil on the microwave tray. | 
| 9 | Place the grated potatoes on the baking tray as round, flat roesti and grill with grill setting 1 for 6 minutes. | 
| 10 | Then turn and grill for another 5 minutes. Tip: Also tastes great with rice. |
