Pear Potato Gratin

2 large potatoes
2 pears
300ml cream
salt
pepper
rosemary
grated cheese

Steps

Peel, wash and cut potatoes into thin slices.

Cut the pears into cubes and place them in a pan with the potatoes and cream. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary.

Cook in your Compact Combination Oven for 8 minutes at 600 watt.

Sprinkle the cheese over the gratin and prepare with the combination 600 watt for 5 minutes and then grill with setting 1 for 10 minutes.

Tip: Goes well with turkey or fish.
