Peel mango, remove the pulp along the core and chop it roughly. Then blend in the Panasonic Slow Juicer MJ-L600 (smoothie accessory).

Wash chili pepper, halve lengthwise, core and cut into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. Wash the lemongrass, dry and cut into thin slices. Wash coriander and parsley, shake dry and finely chop.

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl, marinate the desired meat in it and leave it overnight.

Tip: This marinade goes well with poultry and fish.
