Hot Paprika Sauce Base Recipe

For 1 screw-top jar (125 ml):
4 red peppers
1 red chilli pepper
2 carrots approx. 200g
70ml soy sauce
80g honey

Steps

Wash and dry the peppers and chilli pepper, remove the stalks and seeds. Then cut the peppers into large pieces. Wash, dry and peel the carrots.

Pour the prepared ingredients into the Panasonic Slow Juicer and prepare a juice. Then mix with soy sauce and honey in a saucepan and simmer for approx. 5 minutes on a low level.

Put the paprika sauce into a sterile 125 ml screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator.

Tip: The sauce can also be frozen filled into ice trays. When required, take out 1 cube and refine sauce therewith. Incidentally, it can also be used well as a marinade.
