400g T110 semi-whole wheat flour
250ml water
1 sachet of baking yeast
1 pinch salt
Fruit and Nut Mixture
80 - 100g dried figs, cranberries, almonds or nuts

Steps

Add flour, water, salt and yeast to the baking tin, avoid contact between the yeast and salt.

Add the fruit and nut mixture at the end with the figs cut into pieces, the crushed almonds and the cranberries.

Select Menu 3 on the breadmaker. Select size L, medium crust. Start the programme and wait for 4 hours.

Check the dough when the machine beeps for the first time and add more water or flour if needed.

Once finished, allow the bread to cool down in the machine, then take out of the tin.

Cut into slices using a bread knife and add almond or peanut butter, fruit and more.
