Frozen berries and mint can be used to make a quick and healthy sorbet! It can be served with some fresh berries on top to make it even more delicious.

500g berries mixed (frozen)
3 tbsp agave nectar
250g berries mixed (fresh)
3 springs mint

Steps

Allow frozen berries to defrost slightly for 5-10 minutes. Insert the attachment for frozen ingredients into the Slow Juicer.

Switch on the device and gradually tip the defrosted berries into the Slow Juicer.

Fill a bowl with the resulting sorbet and quickly stir in the agave nectar. If the sorbet goes too soft, allow to freeze for a short time in the freezer.

Quenelle the sorbet using two tablespoons or use an ice-cream scoop to shape it into balls and place in glasses or bowls. Garnish with fresh berries and picked mint leaves.
