A naturally sweet and filling baby purée made with ripe bananas, soft oats, and nutrient-rich chia seeds. A great first spoonful that’s gentle, fibrous and satisfying.

3 ripe bananas sliced
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup water or milk (breast milk, formula, or plant-based milk)

Steps

Add all ingredients to the jug of the Panasonic Blender & Soup Maker.

Turn the knob to the Fruit Purée setting and press Start.

Serve fresh or store in airtight containers.

Tip:
Store in the fridge for one day before serving, or freeze into ice cube moulds to enjoy as baby ice lollies.
