Adjust Servings:
100g cherry tomatoes
150g mini mozzarella pearls drained
handful basil
400g green tagliatelle
350g jar of tomato pasta sauce
4 tbsp pesto

Steps

Eyeballs

Halve the cherry tomatoes and use a small spoon to remove the seeds. Cut the mozzarella pearls in half and place inside each tomato. Tear the basil leave and scrunch into a small ball and place into the centre of each mozzarella ball.

Pasta

Use the auto pasta program on your microwave to cook the pasta or cook pasta on the stove.

Sauce

Heat the pasta sauce on HIGH MICROWAVE FOR 3 MINS or until hot.

Stir the pesto through the drained pasta and place into serving bowls.

Finish

Spoon over the pasta sauce and arrange the stuffed tomato eye balls on top.
