Because the jam menu won’t go below 1 hour 30 mins you need to set your own timer and turn the machine off 12-15 mins in to the program. Nevertheless, that’s not a reason not to make scrambled eggs in the breadmaker!

Grease the bread pan with a little oil. |

Whisk the ingredients together and pour into the bread pan. |

Select jam program, but set your own timer to 15 minutes. |

Once the eggs are done stir with a wooden spoon and serve immediately. |
