Refreshing slow juice with apple, cucumber and ginger

When the weather is warm it is important to drink enough, but it is boring to drink just water all day long. This is exactly why I came up with this wonderfully refreshing slow juice! The ginger gives it a bit of bite, but that’s exactly what I love about it!

Steps

Cut the apple and cucumber into cubes of about 2cm. Cut the ginger into small pieces. You can leave the skin on if you prefer!

Now place in the slow juicer for the flavours to blend together. Serve and enjoy!
