Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
125 - 150g oat flakes
1 l water

Steps

1

Combine oat flakes and water in a pitcher or bowl.

2

Stir and set aside for a couple of minutes.

3

Pour a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture into the slow juicer (with juice filter), taking care to add both oats and water. Start the slow juicer and add another 2-3 spoonfuls, open the spout and continue in this way until you poured in all of the mixture that you had in your pitcher.

4

Transfer the milk into a sterilized bottle and close it well with a lid. Don't throw away "the waste" (pulp), which you can use to prepare porridge, cakes or biscuits.

5

Keep the oat milk in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3-4 days.

Enjoy
