Whole-wheat pizza breads with cheese und ricotta

Discover our Whole-wheat pizza breads with cheese und ricotta! This recipe is not an ordinary home made pizza recipe, but an unforgettable experience!




Crumble the yeast in 80 ml lukewarm water. Mix in a bowl the yeast mixture, flour, olive oil and 1 pinch of salt to a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and let the dough prove at a warm place for about 45 minutes.


In the meantime, stir together ricotta, cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper.


Divide the dough into two halves and roll out (lengthwise ca. 23 cm) on a floured surface. Finally spread it with ricotta cream. Rub alpine cheese and Cheddar, add mozzarella and spread the cheese over the pizza breads. Wash spring onion, dab dry and cut into fine rings. Spread a portion spring onion over the top.


Preheat a pizza pan in the microwave for 3 minutes of 1000 Watts. Finally put the pizza breads in a pan and bake for 8-10 minutes with function COMBI 2.


Tip: Add a few squirts of chili oil to give the pizza breads just the right piquancy.

10g fresh yeast
150g whole wheat flour
1 tbsp olive oil
80g ricotta
1 tbsp (30%) cream
1 tbsp (3,5%) milk
50g alpine cheese
50g cheddar
50g grated mozzarella
1 spring onion
